To respect everyone’s time (including travel time for mobile appointments), we ask that you follow the guidelines below: Cancellations within 24 hours Your deposit will be forfeited. Same-day cancellations & No-Shows Your deposit will be forfeited, and an additional 50% of the remaining service amount will be charged to the card on file. How to Cancel or Reschedule Please cancel or reschedule through your booking confirmation link, by text, or by email. We cannot accept cancellations via social media messages. Exceptions We understand true emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are dealing with a medical emergency or unexpected situation — we will do our best to work with you.
